Website copywriting is a large part of your brand and marketing strategy, and when done well, it will hugely influence your future success. However, the level of support you need from your website copywriter will differ depending on your current stage in business and the revenue you’re bringing in.

  • 1 hour copy walk-through
  • + 2 rounds of complimentary revisions
  • + Collaboration with your website designer if applicable
  • + Comprehensive brand & messaging guidelines covering everything you need to know about your brand and the most effective way to communicate this

As mentioned, this is a service I developed from my years of experience serving creative brands (website designers, wedding planners, photographers & more). 

While this is the basis of my signature service, my clients can add to this to suit their needs. Additional website pages, sales pages, and marketing assets can be included in this offer. 

My website copywriting service cost

For this website copywriting service, clients currently pay £3,200. I always give my USA clients the option to pay in USD with a small additional fee to cover transaction costs. I also offer all clients the choice to pay with a payment plan. Payment plans can be 2-8 months. 

This service runs for 4 weeks unless additional deliverables are added and there are two calls at the start and end of the project, meaning it’s high-impact with low demand – your time and energy are respected and protected throughout. 

I put my website copywriting service costs up quarterly to reflect my experience and the growing demand for this service. So, in Q3, my prices will rise by £200, making them £3,400. 

Other copywriters might raise their prices with every project, every 6 months, or every quarter like me. This really is a personal choice for the copywriter and (potentially) their team.
