You’ll receive a document with your 4 pages of custom copy plus your guidelines document covering everything you need to know about your brand and effectively communicate this.

No – I believe in growing brands and telling stories with creativity, strategy, and intentionality. These things can’t be rushed (trust me, I’ve tried!)

To develop a brand with true meaning and longevity, it needs time to breathe and develop. That’s why I don’t rush this process. I give myself time to strategise over your brand voice at my desk or happen across a gold dust positioning approach on a long walk. It happens organically and naturally, just as creative pursuits should.

You get 2 rounds of revisions included in all Cupid projects. You’ll also receive a preliminary direction walk through after our strategy session and before crafting your roadmap. This tells you the direction we’re taking the brand and provides you with the opportunity to give constructive feedback.

I go deep on your dream client (not the ok clients, the ones that truly fan your creative flames) to understand the language and approach we need to connect with, and later convert these people.

We work together to develop a voice that’s natural for you while designed to relate to and resonate with your dream clients.

You’ll receive a breakdown of your voice descriptors, cadence & sentence structure, punctuation use, and language choices, so you can confidently implement it across brand touch points.

I’ve never had a client walk away unhappy with their final website copy or the results it produces. 

Every project has 2 complementary editing rounds with the option of adding on additional edits to ensure you’re pleased with the outcome and proud to hit publish.
